Customer service is very non responsive. The boots were fine, but I needed an exchange and never heard back after emailing twice. These were for a Christmas gift, so time was of the essence. There is no customer service number to call.
Completely unhappy with my purchase. I knew what I was getting into with purchasing the “less than perfect” boots however, the two boots they sent me cannot even be worn together as the leather is two different colors! Customer service has pretty much been non existent since reaching out to them about this issue/return. Won’t purchase from here again! Also, these boots run VERY big.

When I say these boots are gorgeous. I mean gorgeous with a capital G! They’re so well-made and fun. I got them for a gift for my daughter who just started at the university of Florida and she is going to absolutely love them.
