This was my first pair of Vaccari,definitely not my last! The sale price was too good to pass up for alligator boots so I bought a pair. I'm very impressed with the quality and fit of these boots. With respect to customer service, I made a mistake when ordering and 1 email later I was back on track with the size I needed, easy. About to take advantage of the Labor Day sale for my second pair. Thank you Vaccari for a great experience, you've won a new customer.

My first pair from Vaccari, I was very excited and impressed with the look and fit of the boots initially, unfortunately after wearing them for less than even one full day, the leather started peeling and flaking off, the shiny outer layer on the outside of the right boot started to flake off significantly. Very disappointing as the boots looked great and were comfortable. I reached out to their customer service but haven’t heard back yet, hopefully they can be exchanged or refunded.

First of all, the customer service experience was top notch. You guys are easy to work with and flexible. Outstanding!

The boots are exactly as described "Superior quality for less". I am floored as to the construction and quality of the materials. Fit and finish is superb. Well done team! And thank you for delivering on your promise. You should all be proud of your product and services.

I noticed that Vaccari had a sale in-progress a week or so after getting my first pair of alligator boots, so after careful study of the Vaccari story/varieties/website, I ordered the James & I was thrilled! I like the look, fit, & feel so much that I plan to order the David as soon as they restock my size!

Beautiful boots, very comfortable, the colors are amazing in person and the alligator scales just shine in the light. I would've given this 5 stars but this pair was shipped to me late. But other than that I still love these boots.

Man these are FANTASTIC. I got them on an excellent sale. Real alligator for $249 on sale. I wore them out hours after they arrived and they are almost broken in. Real leather heel stack, real alligator, looks and feels like a leather heel counter. The leather outsole seems tough. Awesome looking boots. They have a roper heel for comfort. Just fantastic. I will have more models. Fit was spot on
