Nice boots but hard as a rock. The size was inaccurate whether it be the size was mislabeled or they were a size to big. Definitely would suggest the EE if your feet are even a Lil wider than avg or if your feet ever swell at all . You might get them on but good luck getting them off by yourself.

I like my Boots they are awesome I had trouble a little tight but you guys took care of me until was able to fix the problem now that customer service you gave me many solutions to solve the problem I also sent you video footage and we was able to diagnose the problems and fix it now that customer service as well

We love the look but unfortunately both par of boots do not fit. They are to tight at the top of the foot. We will need to return for a different size. The boots are to tight at the top of the foot for both of us. Should we get a half size bigger and a wide width. Not sure who should I call
Boots were nice and as advertised but the finish was flaking off. I returned them hopefully next ones don't have same issue. 5 stars because communication has been great to get issue fixed.

But once its on no issues
I will say the top of your foot will have to get use to the one spot at top of the boot.
Aslo the boot could match in color and pattern a little more.
Im using some exotic voot spray to try and loosen that part of the voot hope it works L,

Hello hru, I've my boot. I just got them yesterday, I've been out of town. How would you guys recommend me stretching the boots, I can get them on, but I need help getting them off. My girlfriend had 2 help me get them off.
The crocodile hide was already damaged and one boot is smaller than the other and I cant put it. The look really nice but I cant put one boot on

Love the boot! Love the aggressiveness of the cut. For me there is only 1 flaw with the square toe. I wish there was more taper from the forefoot to the toe and back to the arch. The square toe almost seems straight from the instep to the toe. If it flared more they would be perfect. I have 3 pair of Vaccari gators so it's obviously not enough to dissuade me from buying them. Lol

Let’s start off by saying Gabby was amazing. She called me to clarify a few things before she sent the krder out and saved me a lot of time and money! Thank you so much Gabby!! The boots themselves are amazing. I normally were a 9.5 D in most boots. They start out a little tight but stretch out perfectly and discussing this situation with Gabby, I ordered the 9.5 EE and they fit perfect. The boots are very well made and very comfortable. I couldn’t be happier.
This is the first pair of boots I bought in 20 years, so I had a lot of questions. Gabby and customer service was outstanding and very helpful answering my questions. I received my boots in the mail and I love them. Of course I have to get used to wearing them again. Thanks Gabby. You made it a great experience and I love my boots!

Boots were delivered over expected date. Quality of boots is very good, I thought being the American Hornbacks they would have been a little more aggressive like the pictures I’ve seen. I ordered a 101/2 d, which is normally what I wear in western style cowboy boots. Little tight to get on through the mid sole but length is fine, hopefully will break in with wear.
The Alexander a beautiful and very comfortable boot. I have a lot of boots and none compare to these. #LoveVaccari
