If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, rest assured that we offer free returns & exchanges for regular priced orders. Provided that your boots remain unworn, and your return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery, you will receive complimentary returns and exchanges. 

Products marked as final sale including last call, less than perfect, and other significantly discounted products are excluded from the above returns and exchange policy. Final sale products are not eligible for returns for refunds. Exchanges will incur a $19 shipping and handling fee.
