We stand by the quality of our boots. Within 30 days of receiving your order, if your unworn boots do not fit or do not meet your expectations; we will accept both returns and exchanges. Please reach out to us and we will provide a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, as long as there is no sign of wear, we will issue either a full refund or send you an exchange. 

Vaccari boots are made in Leon Mexico. Our boots are made in the same factories as many of the boot manufacturers you know and love. The artisans at these factories know boots and are experts in their craft. We work directly with these factories meaning you get our direct-to-consumer prices.
